Mark Description:
The mark consists of the trade dress packaging consisting of a solid two-tone gray and off-white background with a long gold rectangular bar running horizontally across the center of the packaging in contrast to the gray and off-white background. The long gold rectangular bar meets in the center of each panel of the packaging in the form of a circle. The outer circles are the color gold and the inner circle is the color gray. A design of three intersecting glasses appear in the center of the circle. A color gold fluted sphere appears on each of the three stems of the glasses. The long rectangular gold bar separates the two-tone background into two separate rectangles of different proportions. The upper portion of the background is the color gray. The trademark "WATERFORD", stylized word CRYSTAL and seahorse design appear in the color off-white in the upper portion of the packaging. The lower portion background is the color off-white. In the lower portion, the stylized word "CONNOISSEUR" appears in the color gray and the stylized words "GOLD COLLECTION" appear in the color gold. A rope handle is on either side of the packaging and is the color gold.
