The mark consists of the trade dress of a restaurant store front, the distinguishing features comprising the signage design and a pair of posts off-vertical and tapered from their top to their bottom, the respective posts' bottoms being smaller than their tops, the posts being spaced apart more at their tops than at their bottoms, and having the appearance of chopsticks approximately the height of the store front. The chopstick-like posts are brown.
