Mark Description:
The mark consists of three Chinese characters in the color black, the words "TWIN PARROT DENT-AID" in the color black, and a live-action photograph of two parrots standing on a wooden perch. The parrot on the left is turning its head to its left and placing its beak on the top of the head of the parrot on the right. The parrot on the right is turning its head to its right so that the right side of its face is next to the chest of the parrot on the left. The colors blue, purple and black appear on the birds' feathers. The color black appears on the birds' beaks, claws, eyes and tails. The color black also appears on the left shoulder of the parrot on the left, and is caused by the shadow created by light blocked out by the face and beak of the parrot on the right. The color yellow appears around the birds' eyes and on the their beaks. The color light brown appears on the wooden perch, and gradually becomes lighter towards the right end of the perch. The color black in the Chinese and roman wording is claimed as a feature of the mark. The colors blue, purple and black on the birds' feathers, the color black on the birds' beaks, claws, eyes and tails, the color black on the chest of the parrot on the left caused by a shadow, the color yellow around the birds' eyes and on their beaks, and the color light brown on the wooden perch are claimed as features of the mark.
