Both sets of text are laterally centered and follow the curvature of the oval ring so that all the text is set evenly within the ring. On both the right and left, within the ring and set below its longitudinal center and above the first and last letter of the word "INSTITUTE", are three (3) equally sized upward-pointing white deltas (for a total of six [6] deltas in the mark) each featuring a concave bottom surface. Within the arc bounded by the zero (0) degree and ninety (90) degree arms of the white cross, the rays' colors are, progressing clockwise, light yellow, lemon yellow, deep yellow, medium orange, orange, medium red, and deep red. Within the arc bounded by the ninety (90) degree and one hundred and eighty (180) degree arms of the white cross, the rays' colors are, progressing clockwise, midnight blue, deep dark blue, dark blue, medium blue, light blue, medium blue, and light blue. Within the arc bounded by the one hundred and eighty (180) degree and the two hundred and seventy (270) degree arms of the white cross, the rays' colors are, progressing clockwise, light blue, medium blue, light blue, medium blue, dark blue, deep dark blue, and midnight blue.
