Mark Description:
The mark consists of a shield that is in varying shades of red and is outlined in black. The top corners of the shield have black banding. There is a black circle in the center of the shield. At the top of the circle there is a banner that is red and outlined in black. In the center of the circle there is a backward "R" and a forward "R" that are both in black. In between the two letters "R" there is an ampersand in varying shades of red and outlined in black. The two letters "R" have fanciful scrolling detail that is in black. At the bottom of the shield there is a banner that is mainly red with some black. "MCMLXXIV" is to the left in red and "MMVII" is to the right in red.
