The mark consists of a three-dimensional mark that is trade dress for the distinctive ornamental design features of a flat multi tool. The uppermost edge of the multi tool is straight. Beneath the upper edge of the multi tool at one end is a V-shaped notch such that the upper edge of the V-shaped notch and the upper edge of the multi tool form a longitudinally projecting strip.
