Mark Description:

The mark consists of a stylized outline of an open book in the color dark blue, the interior of which is in the color white. Inside the white interior is a large circle in the color medium blue from which emanate numerous rays in various widths in the color medium blue, which create the appearance of a bright sun with rays of light.
