The mark consists of a brown tree branch with three (3) brown limbs; each limb is of differing lengths going in different directions; at the end of each limb is a green leaf, with each leaf of differing sizes; a design on top of the branch that consists of a black outlined shape that gives the general impression of a tulip. The outline is created with a pair of thick black lines, which originate thinly at the base of the upper design, become thicker as they curve around and meet in the center where the lines curl inward. The left portion of the upper design is smaller than the right portion of the upper design and is filled with blue color. The right portion of the upper design is larger than the left portion of the upper design and is filled with pink color. The two (2) portions of the upper design are divided by a black line, which extends slightly past the lower border of the upper design, and is of similar thickness to the other black lines.
