The mark consists of a series of four circles, the outer most circle consists of a thin gold band, the next circle is white, the circle after that consists of a thick red and maroon band, and the center circle has a gold background with a hint of white and in the middle is the profile of a woman's head over a steaming cup and saucer in maroon.
