The mark consists of the appearance of the 24 gold foil wrapped chocolate candies visible at the point of purchase to the purchaser and a configuration of a box containing these chocolate candies in a square box, the top portion of which is transparent, revealing the contents therein and a diamond cut distinctive clear top which has 25 repeated raised square designs. There is a stripe that runs around the sides of the boxes and there is an oval design with a picture of a chocolate candy wrapped in gold foil resting in a cup with a hazelnut and leaf to its right and a unwrapped chocolate candy to its left. The colors grey and light grey appear throughout the top and bottom of the box, the gold appears in a stripe that runs around the sides of the box, the colors gold and white appears on 24 candies inside the box, the color white appears on an oval design on the top of the box, the color brown appears in the picture of the candy wrapper shown on top of the box, and the colors green and gold appear in the picture of the candy wrapped and sitting on a brown wrapper shown on the top of the box.
