Mark Description:
The mark consists of a two dimensional graphic design positioned on the container for the goods. The specific graphic design consists of a "canopy" of leaves on the upper third portion of the container and, in the lower portion of the container, a repeating pattern that continues around the sides of the container with each side showing portions of two whole oranges supporting an orange slice or wedge placed like a "smile" atop the two whole oranges.
