Mark Description:
The mark consists of the shape of the beverage bottle comprises a narrow body, having a bagging base with five buds having essentially triangular format. From the base vertically protrudes a cylindrical rectilinear portion with mild reduction in diameter in relation to the body. After the cylindrical portion, the body of the bottle is set by a portion of winding profile, showing low-up, a reduction, an increase again and a gradual reduction in diameter, finalized by a narrowing for the formation of the neck and head with thread. Along the winding portion, more precisely in the region of smaller diameter, the body of the bottle incorporates three long and winding ledges light tilt in relation to the axis of the bottle, distributed in the form of a vortex in order to accompany the whole bottle revolution; said long ledges are still interspersed by a series of nine "V" shaped minors ledges.
