Mark Description:

The mark consists of three contrasting shapes, the upper shape has a very small curvature along the upper horizontal plane and the lower portion of the upper shape has its ends curved upward giving the appearance of a profile view of a simple boat or canoe; the middle shape (tang portion of the handle) separates the upper and lower shapes as a result of its contrasting color, with the lower left side of the shape curving downward at the heel portion of the knife, and the right side of the middle shape protruding beyond the upper and lower shapes and forming a hooked curvature giving the appearance of an iconic bird shape laying on its side; the lower shape has the ends of its upper portion curved downward and its lower horizontal portion being a wave curvature with the middle section of the lower portion representing the trough of the wave, giving the lower shape the appearance of a simple unadorned profile view of a bird. The dark band along the lower section of the handle shows where the lower section of the stylized bird design from the back-side of the knife handle appears on the inner contour of the handle. Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark. Particular materials used in the manufacture of the knife handle are not claimed as a feature of the mark. The overall contour of the knife handle is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The blade is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The broken lines are used to represent the knife in relation to the claimed design and are not a part of the mark.
