The mark consists of a three dimensional configuration of a perfume bottle and cap therefor, the bottle consisting of a circular base that is conical shaped and tapered to a middle that is narrow and then tapered upward to the cap. The outside of the bottle contains a unique and arbitrary etched design that is tapered from the top of the bottle downward. The bottom portion of the bottle has no such design and is smooth having a base consisting of smooth and clear glass. The cap of the bottle is smooth and rounded and bears a gold band.
