Mark Description:
The mark consists of a circular seal with the words "NAVY LEAGUE" in a semicircular pattern at the top and "OF THE UNITED STATES" in a semicircular pattern at the bottom, with three stars on the left and right sides separating the words. Outside of the words is a circular rope; outside of the rope is a circular border. Inside the words is a circular border; inside that border is a stylized eagle carrying an anchor with a rope attached to it. Horizontal lines emanate outward from the eagle in all directions.
