The mark consists of a stylized illustration of a 19th century horse drawn meat delivery wagon is centered within an oval framing in a landscape position, the top of the wagon and the front wheels of the wagon break through the oval framing, the remainder of the oval area not covered by the wagon displays horizontal lines. The side of the wagon displays an oval sign bearing the text "MEAT" in capital letters. Centered below this illustration is a line of text which reads "BLACKSTONE" in all capital letters evenly spaced one from the other and positioned so that the second through the ninth letters span approximately the same length as the illustration above.
