Mark Description:
The mark consists of a rectangular box with a dark background. Within the rectangular box, at the bottom, is a first literal element consisting of the term "COLLECTION". The term "COLLECTION" is in a shade lighter than the dark background of the rectangular box, preferably in white. The term "COLLECTION" is capitalized. The term "COLLECTION" can also form a shadow of its lettering to give a three-dimensional effect. Above the first literal element "COLLECTION" is the second literal element consisting of the expression "Laugh Out Loud", wherein the letter "L" of the term "Laugh", the letter "O" of the term "Out", and the letter "L" of the term "Loud" are capitalized. The letters "a", "u", "g", and "h" of the term "Laugh", the letters "o" and "t" of the term "Out" and letters "o", "u", and "d" of the term "Loud" are not capitalized. By "not capitalized" herein is meant that they are not in capital letters or if they are in capital letters, they are smaller than the capitalized letters "L", "O", and "L", respectively. Above the second literal element "Laugh Out Loud" is a combination of a literal element and design element, which is in a much larger size compared to the first and the second literal elements, and essentially fills most of rectangular box. This combination element consists of the literal element "LOL" wherein the letters "L", "O", and "L" are capitalized. The first "L" and the second "L" are shaded lighter than the dark rectangular box, but can also be in white. The first "L" and the second "L" can also form a shadow of its lettering in the background to create a three-dimensional effect. The second letter "O" is stylized and has a design aspect to it. The "O" has an outside border that defines the "O" and which is in a shade lighter than the dark rectangular box. It can also be white. The inside of the "O" is in a shade darker than the outside border of the "O". Within this darker shade of the "O" are two smaller circles, horizontally disposed, in a shade lighter than the inside darker shade. The two circles can also be white. Below the two circles is a horizontal "C"-shape design, that is, a vertical "C" shape placed in a position by rotating about negative 90 degrees to the horizontal. The "C" shape is in a shade lighter than the inside darker shade of the "O". The outside border of the "O", the two horizontally disposed smaller circles within the "O" and the horizontal "C" shape together form the impression of a smiling face, also known as a "smiley face." The outside border of the "O", the two horizontally disposed smaller circles within the "O" and the horizontal "C" shape can also form their own shadow in the background to give a three dimensional effect .
