Mark Description:
The mark consists of a design of the distinctive packaging for the goods. There is a square at the top right hand side of the packaging with a design feature at the top right corner and the letters "L D" at the bottom left hand corner of the square. The design feature consists of the letters "LD" within a shield comprised of two stylized horses flanking a shield and topped by a crown. A banner at the bottom of the shield design contains the wording "QUALITY TOBACCO". In addition, the letters "L D" appear in stylized lettering at the bottom left hand corner of the square with a small diamond centered between the letters "L" and "D". The remaining background of the packaging is covered in small squares. The dotted lines appearing around the perimeter of the design represent the shape of a cigarette box. A quarter of the way down the design appears a horizontal line which represents the flip top of the box.
