Mark Description:
The mark consists of the word "HELADOS" in capital letters with an outward pointing five point design on each side, and centered above the wording "LA NETA". The word "LA" is in upward sloping cursive stylized letters with a capital letter "L" and a lower case letter "A" which is on the left side of the word "NETA," which is in stylized capital letters. A skull with a spoon shaped nose, hearts for eyes, and flowers throughout the skull, is centered above the word "HELADOS," and designs with dots symmetrically extend on both sides of the skull. There are identical flower shaped designs on each side of the skull near the jaw line. A straight line of dots extends below the wording "LA NETA". A double lined design surrounds the skull and wording of the mark.
