The mark consists of a bird in flight facing downward to the right and holding a ribbon in its beak, said ribbon having a light side and a dark side, said ribbon further swirled in a modified, repeated, figure-eight pattern and generally forming the shape of a heart having a hollow inner section, wherein the end of the ribbon in the bird's beak forms the top left side of the heart shape and extends downward to the right to form the top front center of the heart shape, then turns 180 degrees and extends upward to form the top right side of the heart shape, then extends downward to the left to form the top back center of the heart shape, then turns 180 degrees and extends upward to the right to form the left middle side of the heart shape, then extends downward to the right to form the middle front center of the heart shape, then turns 180 degrees and extends upward to form the right middle side of the heart shape, then extends downward to the left to form the bottom of the heart shape, such that the forward facing side of the heart consists of two sections of the light side of the ribbon extending downward from left to right in the front, and two sections of the dark side of the ribbon extending downward from right to left in the back, and wherein the upper light section of the ribbon contains the term "HAIL" and the lower light section of the ribbon contains the term "MERRY", and wherein two elliptically-shaped plant leaves are attached to the bottom of the lower light section of the ribbon between the two "R" letters in the term "MERRY".
