Mark Description:
The mark consists of a rectangle containing a two-dimensional stylized drawing of the front of a salon with white and gray stones on the left and right hand sides with a sign in red with the words "GUINOT INSTITUT PARIS" in white in the center with two gray lights above the sign. On the right side there is a red sign protruding from the store front with the wording "GUINOT INSTITUTE PARIS" in white. There are two white displays hanging on the windows on either side of the front door. The front doors comprise clear glass panels on the front and two doors with white handles. Inside the entrance to the salon are a white table to right of the doorway holding white display panel and a red, gray, and white reception desk on the left side with the wording "GUINOT INSTITUT PARIS" on the front in the color white and a portable device in brown and black on the top of the reception desk and a display on the left side in red and white. To the right of the center product display there is a stand in red with "GUINOT INSTITUT PARIS" in white on the front and on top of which is a display unit with products in bottles in red, white and turquoise packaging. Above the product display is a white and red poster showing a woman in beige receiving a beauty treatment with a list of beauty treatments written in red. To the right of the display and poster is a cabinet in white and gray on top of which is another display unit in white with cosmetic products in brown, red and white with the words "MASTERS COLORS" in red. There is a white low display table in white with gray shadows on top of which is a menu of salon services in red and white to the right of which are three chairs in white with gray shadows and black feet and a display unit in red, white, gray and brown on the far right hand side mounted to a wall.
