The mark consists of an image depicting a man who is located sitting in a yellow car showing only the driver's side of the car and the car contains a white top and a white front grill with black wheels and white hubcaps and contains a solid, thick black bordering around the entire car image and where the man is shown looking forward in a manner that depicts he is driving the car and the man is also shown as waiving his left hand and arm, which are extended outward from and outside of the open driver's side car window and his right hand grasps a black steering wheel. The man is shown as wearing a brown hat and wearing an orange shirt with a red collar and showing a red cuff which is only visible on the sleeve of the arm which is extended outward from the car. The car image also has an extremely faint and faded wavy white band that spans across the car visible from the front grill to the real tire. The man's facial features are accentuated in black and he is shown smiling with visible white teeth and the skin tone of the man's visible face and hand is in the color peach. The image of the man and the hat he is wearing is accentuated with a thin, solid black bordering covering the entire image of the man and his hat. The man waving from the car is also shown as exclaiming the words "The Search For The Next Great TV Invention!!" by showing these words in a black font contained in a white exclamation bubble. The image of the man waiving from the car is superimposed on a green oval which is solid green and with black bordering around the bottom half portion of the oval. The car and waiving man image covers and conceals most of the left side of the oval. The oval image contains the words "Gizmos, Widgets & Gadgets" superimposed over the green oval, displayed partially within the oval and with a portion outside of the oval, and displayed in a yellow color with a faded, thin white stripe going through the letters of each word in along the lower third of all letters.
