Mark Description:
The mark consists of a black square with a rounded top, which has an inner decorative gold double line which breaks on the right side for the words "PRODUCT OF GERMANY" in gold, and on the left side for an empty space, and which has a gold scroll shape at each corner. The top portion of the black square contains the words "Getreu dem Bayerischen Reinheitsgebot von 1516" in gold above a circle design; the circle has a gold outer border, a top inner band that is black containing the word "ERDINGER" in white, a bottom inner band that is red with a thin black outline, containing the word "Weissbr�u" in white, and is divided by a horizontal gold band on each side. The circle design has a white center with a gold and black outline, and contains a gold wheat stalk outlined in black. There is a design of a wheat stalk, leaf, and hops, all in gold, on either side of the circle, and a gold banner containing the words "Aus Bayern" in black below the circle. The center of the black square contains the word "Erdinger" in gold, and underscored in gold, and the word "Hefe-Weizen" in red. The bottom portion of the black square contains the words "Dark" and "All Natural Bottle Fermented", in gold, and along the left side of the bottom of the black square is the word "Ale", in gold.
