Both a good and service; 1; Good = a DISCOUNT HEALTH CARE CARD; The Discount Health America Card offers and provides to the card purchaser / holder, discounts from doctors, hospitals, and all other health care providers which Discount Health America obtains in any and all geographical locations, as lawful, without limitation; At present, this is just a cardboard or plastic, wallet-sized card; But it will become much more as we are heavily into RFID technology, bar coding, virtal reality, etc;, and will offer significant enhancements and improvements in the future; Including that in the future the discount health card we sell may be in hyperspace or simply on the internet, or may simply exist in hyperspace, in electronic or in what is now characterized as electronic form; The RFID technology and that which evolves and is created in the future, gives us the opportunity to do complete billing, account balances, accountings, and instant payments to health care providers such as from a Health Savings Account, also knows as HSA(s), or PSA(s), or IRA(s), or any other such financial instrument or account, and the like, and to contain within a microchip, RFID chip and system, or other such device, tape, or inked or printed product or matter, or electronic system, entire medical records and files, warnings, health history, emergency information, allergies, contact information, and the like, right on or in, or within the purview of the RFID, electronic, or other form and type of "card" as that term is used in its most expansive, including virtual reality - hyperspace form; As lawfully permissible, we will expand the present purposes and features of this card system, including into virtual reality and beyond as technology unfolds and is invented or discovered, as much as we possibly and legally can, including but not limited to offering high deductible insurance, and other insurance products, be those health, life, accident, property, casualty, and any other lawful insurance product, through or inherent to our discount card, and offering savings and other such accounts, including as do or may involve tax free contributions, including any and all related financial services, again, as lawful and permissible including as may now or in the future be entitled financial, banking, investment, commission, fees, and any and all related products with respect to including from, with, or to such entities, be that in-house or outside or both, and also to engage in the billing and payments for health care, and any and all other products marketed or sold through our discount card system, but only as lawful and legally permissible, and thereunder, without limitation; and-- 2; Service = OBTAINING DISCOUNT HEALTH CARE from any and all health care providers; Discount Health America offers and provides the discounts to our Discount Health America Card holders, which Discount Health America obtains from all doctors, hospitals, and other health care providers, in any and all geographical locations, as lawful, without limitation; The discounted health care including medical services range from more than 15%-60% discounted rates which we obtain for our card holders; In addition, we intend to enter and practice our business in all of the above-listed forms and matters involving services, including services of and in and relating to financial, health, insurance, banking, investments, bill processing, bill paying, accounting, accounts of any form or manner, savings, records keeping, all manner and nature of records and files management, and the like services, all in accordance with all governing and applicable law
