The mark consists of concentric circles with the words "DEVELOPED", "TESTED" and "TRUSTED", with a small circle on both sides of the word "TESTED", located between the two concentric circles at the top and the words "FORT COLLINS, COLORADO" between the two concentric circles at the bottom and a stylized ribbon overlaid across the lower part of both the circles with the word "FORNEY" in stylized type inside the ribbon and above the ribbon the inner circle is split into two equal parts by a vertical line wherein to the left of the vertical line are 9 stars and 2 half stars and to the right of the vertical line are 5 stripes and which form a highly stylized, incomplete and unusually shaped America flag which is obstructed partially by the concentric circles and the ribbon. Below the ribbon in the lowest part of the innermost concentric circle appears the wording "SINCE 1932".
