Mark Description:
The mark consists of a blue semicircle with a white border in the lower side. Inside the semicircle, is an oval with rounded corners. Inside the oval is a figure of an orange man with a muscular torso with partial arms and complete head with brown shadowed facial and torso features. The head overlaps the top of the blue oval. The blue oval has a white outer edge, which also engulfs the outer figure of the man's head. In the middle of the oval, in front of the drawing of the man and below the torso, the name "COLOSO" is spelled with a capital "C" in white letters. Underneath the name "COLOSO" is the phrase "CALIDAD DESDE 1949" in yellow letters. "CALIDAD" is written with a capital "C". The black rectangular background serves to show the white outer edge and thus, it is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
