The mark consists of a rectangular design with border surrounding all of the design and text elements. There are six designs contained within rectangular boxes. In the upper left corner of the drawing of the mark is circle design containing two parallel lines above the word "CACAO". The circle is superimposed on the boxes with the design of the Space Needle and a skyline design with the Space Needle having a banner coming off of the top of the needle, the banner has the word "CHOCOLATE" on it in all capital letters.
