Mark Description:
The mark consists of a circular logo with a white border, also bordered with a single yellow line, around the outside which contains the words "Bengali American Hindu Society" on the top half of the white border, and the words "United States of America (USA)" written on the bottom half of the white border also in orange lettering. Also contained in the outer white border on both the left and right side is a small blue, orange, white green and red flag which is the official flag of the Bengali American Hindu Society. In the center of the flag is the official seal of the Bengali American Hindu Society, which is identical to specimen provided. Located inside the white border at the top, in the foreground there is a red Hindu symbol for the word "Om" which has no meaning but is used to clear the mind. Also in the foreground below the red Hindu symbol for "Om" is a green and brown coconut with a red auspicious Hindu symbol with no meaning in English resting on green mango leaves. The coconut and mango leaves are resting on top of an auspicious red pot decorated with green, yellow, blue, and pink designs. In the background of the logo inside the white border behind the Hindu symbol for "Om" is a blue sky and white clouds. In the background below the blue sky and white clouds there are green hills and a blue lake. In the background below the lake there is a patch of green grass.
