Mark Description:
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a clear trapezoidal shaped bottle which has the words "1800 MILENIO" appearing vertically in white font down a purple safety seal and label emanating from the top of the blue bottle cap towards the upper front of the bottle. The cap is blue with a tan cork inside the bottle. The safety label has a double white border around the edges of the label. The lower portion of the safety seal and label features a design of a white crest and temple. The white temple and white crest design features an outline of a Mayan temple with stairs on both sides and appears positioned above a crest design, which is divided into three sections consisting of the white wording "1800" in the upper section of the crest, a design of a white cross on the left bottom section of the crest and the stylized white letters "JB" on the right lower section of the crest. The crest is flanked by designs of white leaves on either side and is positioned above a white banner with the words "TRABAJO PASION HONESTIDAD" appearing in white and positioned in the center of the banner. The same crest and temple design appears etched in white into and superimposed over the front center of the bottle, which is positioned above the additional wording of "1800 MILENIO" in stacked stylized white font. Behind the safety seal and label and etched wording on the bottle is a geometric design consisting of interconnected red and black incomplete circles, squares and lines. Wrapped around the neck of the bottle is a silver label with the wording "1800" etched in silver around the neck. The broken lines depicting the bottle shape, bottle cap, neck label and safety seal indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark. The amber-colored liquid shown inside the bottle is not claimed as a feature of the mark and serves only to show the placement of the mark on the goods.
