Mark Description:
The mark consists of the three dimensional configuration of a transparent perfume bottle, ringed neck, and solid cap. The bottle and cap are both roughly rectangular solids in shape with straight sides and curved ends, beveled edges at each corner and along the upper surface and, as to the bottle, beveled edges also along the bottom and an additional raised curved-end rectangle inset in the interior, with the top surface sloping slightly downwards from the bottle neck along the length towards the sides. The neck of the bottle is encircled by a ringed band, which is not part of the cap and is not used to attach the cap. The edges of the solid cap are stippled to show a contrasting shade.
