The mark consists of a crest with a checkered board outline in black and white and a blue background. Within the crest is the wording "L.A.T.E. RIDERZ" in white and outlined in blue across the top of the crest. A gray sprocket with the numbers "12", "3", "6", "9" in white and outlined in blue appearing in clockwise fashion around the sprocket.
