Mark Description:

The mark consists of a product packaging for detergent pods. The top left-hand side of the packaging has a gold background with some texture and black shading. The bottom third of the pack has a black background, which runs to the top right of the pack and the two fields are bisected by a thick curved diagonal gold line and multiple thin curved diagonal gold lines. At the center in the top third of the pack is the stylized word "FINISH" in blue with white outlining, with a red ball with white and black shading forming the dot over the second "I", with a white star or gleam emanating from the red ball. Below the term FINISH appears the word "POWERBALL" in white within a red rectangle outlined in white. The white background of the word "FINISH" and white around the red rectangle connect. Part of the term FINISH and the red rectangle surrounded by white overlap a see through wine glass outlined in black with black detailing with white gleam designs on the rim and blue and purple gleams at the base. Below that are the words "REMOVES 24HR DRIED-ON STAINS 3" in gold, with the "3" overlapping an adjacent circle outlined in gold, with a black clock design formed by an arrow and clock hands; below that the words "DIAMOND SHINE 4" in gold appear with the "4" adjacent and overlapping a gold circle outlined in black, with a black, and gold diamond design at its center. Below the words "OUR BEST CLEAN & SHINE" appears the illustration of a two-dimensional design of a geometric dishwashing pod made of a chamber containing tiny white and orange shapes forming granules with white shading.
