The mark consists of a banner in an oval shape with the words "PRECISELY CRAFTED" on the top portion and the words "UNDER THE STANDARDS OF THE EMPIRE RYE WHISKEY ASSOCIATION" encompassing the bottom portion. There are ten lines on each side of the upper right and upper left portions of the banner. Inside the oval design are six stars underneath the words "PRECISELY CRAFTED". Underneath the stars are vertical lines coming out of a barrel and underneath the barrel and the wording "MM" is to the left of the barrel and the wording "XV" is to the right of the barrel. Below the barrel is a shield with the letters "E" and "R" on it in a stylized format. The shield is being held by two women with long hair wearing togas and barefoot.
