Mark Description:
The mark consists of the literal portion, CREATIVE LIVING NETWORK, along with the logo portion which consists of a rectangle with the colors blue, green and white, which are features of the mark. The color blue appears in the rectangle beginning in the upper lefthand corner of the rectangle and spreading down and out to the middle of the rectangle, creating a triangle which dissects the rectangle. The color then changes to green from the middle of the rectangle where the blue triangle ends, and continues down to the bottom right corner, filling the lower half of the triangle in the rectangle with the color green. There are two overlapping circular designs. The design in the top half of the rectangle, covering a portion of the blue area is white. The second design in the lower half, covering a portion of the green area is a lighter shade of green.
